These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of digital products from Songs of Virgin Mary. By placing an order you accept them.

WHAT WE SELL

We sell digital audio recordings of Catholic Marian devotional music. Every product is a download. No physical item is shipped. Albums are supplied as M4A (AAC) files and are delivered by a secure download link sent to the email address given at checkout.

WHAT YOU MAY DO WITH THE MUSIC

When you buy an album you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to listen to it for your own private devotional use, and to keep your copy indefinitely. You may play it in your own home, on your own devices, and in your own private prayer.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

You may not resell, redistribute, upload, stream, broadcast or share the files; use the recordings in a video, podcast or other publication; or play them in a parish, school, shop, event or other public setting, without our written permission. Please contact us if you would like to use the music in any of these ways. We are usually glad to say yes.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown on each product page and may change at any time. Our storefront uses Shopify checkout. Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout, currently Paystack; you may be redirected to that provider to complete payment. We do not see or store your card details.

DELIVERY AND ACCESS

After payment is confirmed, your download link is sent to the email address entered at checkout. Download links may expire or limit the number of downloads for security reasons. If your link stops working, contact us with your order number and we will reissue it.

REFUNDS

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

WHAT WE DO NOT PROMISE

Our music is offered as an aid to prayer. We make no promise of any spiritual, physical, emotional, financial or medical outcome from listening to it. Nothing we sell is a substitute for the Sacraments, for the care of your parish priest, or for medical or professional help.

AVAILABILITY

We try to keep this site available and our files working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
