Refund policy

Every product sold by Songs of Virgin Mary is a digital download. Nothing is shipped to you, and nothing can be returned in the ordinary sense.

WHEN WE WILL REFUND YOU

We will refund your purchase in full if the file is faulty, corrupted or will not play; if your download link never arrives and we are unable to deliver the album to you; if you were charged more than once for the same album; or if you bought the wrong album by mistake and have not yet downloaded it.

Please contact us within 30 days of purchase, quoting your order number. This request does not limit any longer period or remedy provided by applicable law.

WHEN WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU

Subject to your statutory rights below, because digital files cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind after downloading, or because the music is not to your taste. Please read the album description and runtime before buying.

FAULTY OR MISSING DOWNLOADS COME FIRST

If something has gone wrong with a download, our first response is to fix it, not to argue. For security reasons download links can expire or reach a limit on the number of downloads. Contact us with your order number and we will reissue your link. You bought the album; we will make sure you can reach it.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS

Consumers in some countries, including the United Kingdom and the European Union, normally have a fourteen-day right to cancel a purchase. Any exception for immediate digital delivery applies only where the requirements of applicable law, including any required express consent and acknowledgement, have been met. Nothing in this policy affects any statutory right that cannot be waived under the law that applies to you.
